Dental Records & X-Rays

Our patient coordinator will take the necessary dental X-rays to establish a complete record and help your dentist evaluate areas that may not be visible during a clinical examination.

Preliminary Evaluation

Your coordinator will complete an initial visual evaluation and may take photographs of your teeth so you can clearly see and understand what the clinical team observes.

Meet Your Dentist

Your dentist will review the findings, listen to your concerns, evaluate your oral health, and discuss your dental needs and goals.

Personalized Treatment Plan

After your examination, the patient coordinator will review any recommended care, discuss estimated insurance benefits when applicable, and help schedule your next appointment.

Understanding the Cost of Your Care

Financing

We believe financial concerns should not prevent patients from receiving necessary dental care. Our team can explain available payment and financing options and help you understand the estimated cost of recommended treatment.

Because the current website does not identify a specific third-party financing provider, add the exact financing program and application link only after confirming them with the practice.

Dental Insurance

TriState Family Dental Centers accepts most major dental insurance plans and will gladly file claims on your behalf.

Our team will make every effort to obtain a summary of your benefits and estimate the portion your plan may cover. Insurance patients are generally asked to pay their estimated responsibility at the time of service.

Dental insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment. Patients remain responsible for charges not covered by their insurance plan.
