Dental insurance

We Accept Most Major Dental Insurance Plans

TriState Family Dental Centers accepts most major dental insurance plans and will gladly file eligible claims on your behalf.

Our team will make every effort to obtain a summary of your benefits and estimate the portion your insurance plan may cover. Patients are generally asked to pay their estimated responsibility at the time of service.

Important Note:
Insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment. Coverage is determined by your insurance provider, and patients remain responsible for any balance not paid by their plan.

  • Coverage Levels: Preventive, basic, and major services may be covered at different percentages.
  • Waiting Periods: Some plans require a waiting period before specific treatments are eligible.
  • Frequency Limits: Coverage may be limited by how often a service is performed.
  • Exclusions: Certain procedures or materials may not be included in your plan.

FLEXIBLE WAYS TO PLAN FOR CARE

Financing may help eligible patients divide the cost of treatment into more manageable payments rather than paying the full amount at once.

Our team can explain the financing options currently available through the practice, including application requirements and applicable terms.

Supporting Points

  • Options for qualifying patients
  • Plans may vary by treatment amount

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION

Your Insurance Is an Agreement Between You and Your Provider

TriState is happy to assist with benefit estimates and claim filing. However, insurance companies make the final decision regarding coverage and payment.

Patients are responsible for deductibles, copayments, non-covered services, and any remaining balance after insurance processes the claim.
